Track Your Order

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and a link to follow your package.

Where to find your tracking

• Open the shipping confirmation email from Milewell and select the tracking link.
• Or sign in to your account to see the status of your orders.

Good to know

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery then takes 7–15 business days.
• Tracking can take 2–5 business days to show its first update after your order ships.
• If you ordered more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages.
• Haven’t received a shipping email? Check your spam folder, then contact us with your order number and we’ll look into it.
