Orders & shipping
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on every U.S. order — no minimum purchase.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery then takes 7–15 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Where do orders ship from?
Our products ship from our fulfillment partners' warehouses, which may be located outside the United States. That's why we quote 7–15 business days for delivery. Every order includes tracking.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Right now we ship only to addresses in the United States. We're unable to ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or visit our Track Your Order page.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update or cancel it. Once it has shipped, you can still return it under our return policy.

Will the seat pillows fit my car?
Yes, in most cases. The neck pillow's adjustable strap wraps around the headrest, and the lumbar pillow's strap with quick-release buckle wraps around the seat back. They fit most cars, SUVs, and trucks, and also work on office and gaming chairs.
Neck pillow, lumbar pillow, or the set?
Choose the neck pillow if you want support between your neck and the headrest, the lumbar pillow for your lower back, or the Neck + Lumbar Set for both — it costs $17.99 less than buying the two separately.
Will the organizer fit my vehicle?
It fits most cars, SUVs, trucks, and minivans with adjustable headrests. It measures about 24 × 16.3 in (61 × 41.5 cm).
Can my kids use a tablet through the sleeve?
Yes. The clear touchscreen window lets kids tap and swipe while the tablet stays held in place at eye level.
What comes with the car vacuum?
The Standard package includes the vacuum, 6 attachments, 2 spare filters, and a USB charging cable. The Deluxe package adds 2 more spare filters (4 in total) and a zippered storage bag. A wall adapter is not included.
Can the vacuum pick up liquids?
Yes, small spills like a splash of coffee or juice. Empty the dust cup right away afterward, rinse the filter, and let everything dry completely before the next use. It isn't made for standing water.
How do I charge the vacuum?
Use the included USB charging cable with a USB power adapter. A wall adapter is not included.
How do I clean them?
Pillows: spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap, then let air dry — don't machine wash or tumble dry the foam. Organizer: wipe clean with a damp cloth and let air dry. Vacuum: empty the dust cup after each use, then rinse the filter and let it dry completely before reusing it — never rinse or submerge the vacuum body.

What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Read the full Return & Refund Policy.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you — no need to send it back.
When will I get my refund?
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 business days. Banks usually take 5–10 business days to post the refund.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Checkout is encrypted and processed by Shopify, so we never see or store your full card details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including major credit and debit cards.
